President
While Joe began his career doing masonry with his dad during middle school, he also got first hand experience in high school and college by working by working in Manhattan building sky rises.
His college degree led him into the middle school classroom for two years where he taught Regents Earth Science, but construction kept calling him back to his artistic roots.
Today CMC takes pride in over 22 years of service providing a quality product with integrity, honesty and an exceptional experience.
CARRIE ERTL
Executive Assistant
Carrie Ertl’s decade in the field of corporate marketing and communications prepared her well for her work at Cusato Management Corp. She engages with clients to assist them on any level of their building projects. She has relationships with CMC’s trusted subcontractors and suppliers, in addition to building departments in the area. Carrie’s work allows Joe the time to focus on the clients and his work in the field, while ensuring that CMC delivers the highest quality product and optimum construction experience.
KATHARINE GELFMAN
Comptroller
Kay Gelfman brings 20 years of construction accounting experience to CMC, performing all accounting and HR functions for the business. Electronic record keeping has streamlined and simplified the billing process, as well as internal and external record keeping and financial statements. Account transparency is our imperative at Cusato Management.
