Meet With Client
We will discuss your existing plans and collaborate to create a custom concept which reflects your specific wishes and requirements. We can also refer an architect that will meet the exact needs of your project.
Review Plans
We will reconvene with the architect onsite for preliminary estimates to develop a proposal. You, as the client, have full involvement in this process.
Create 3-D Rendering
CMC can design and create our own 3-D renderings for kitchens, bathrooms, and custom cabinetry. This takes the guess work out of visualizing the final project before construction begins.
Finalize Cost
We will value engineer the project and source the right subcontractors and vendors getting you the most house for your dollar. We will refine the scope of your project to match your budget.
Construction
Throughout this entire process, we will ensure clear communication to manage your expectations as to timeline and cost while maintaining a quality experience and delivering a quality product.
